This year represents an exciting milestone for the firm - our 25th anniversary and one we feel justly proud of.
It seems like only yesterday since we opened our first office, yet looking back its incredible to think of how much things have changed. Back then, solicitors didn't sell houses, no-one had heard of the internet and mobile phones were the size of a brick and came with a battery pack the size of a small car! At Pacitti Jones things have certainly moved on - we're now the biggest seller of property through the GSPC and one of the most successful and largest conveyancing firms in West Central Scotland.
One aspect of our business that has remained consistent however is our overriding commitment to deliver the best possible service. It's really what were all about and the very foundation of Pacitti Jones. We've built upon this by focusing on new and exciting products and employing the very best people who have a real passion for property. As you'll read in this newsletter we never rest on our laurels and we continually seek to add value in everything that we do.
Let me take this opportunity to thank all of our clients, staff and professional advisers for supporting us over the last quarter of a century.

In the last few weeks we've read reports claiming house prices have risen at their fastest level in over 18 months, another one that house prices are set to remain stagnant until 2014 whilst another report claims further falls of 5% likely during the remainder of this year.

You can add value to any property overtime what you can't do is lift it up and move it somewhere else!

For sellers - think presentation and price. The market may be improving but buyers are taking their time to make that all important offer.
If it's too expensive you won't get viewers. If it's looking a bit tired - spend some time and money now, the chances are you'll recoup your investment.
